Welcome
to CancerHome. We provide individualized predictions including the chance
of cancer recurrence and survival for four cancers and their therapies.
This allows cancer patients to compare the benefit of each treatment and select
the most effective therapy.
Our
predictions were created by expert physicians using artificial intelligence models
trained on real patient data. They are the most accurate in the world and have
never been available before. The information that we provide free of charge
allows patients to make the best medical decisions. For your individual
treatment, diagnosis or risk predictions, click on your cancer site at the left.

From
a Patient's Perspective
It
is natural for anyone facing cancer to be concerned about what the future holds.
Understanding the nature of their cancer and what to expect can help patients
plan their treatment, anticipate lifestyle changes, and make quality of life
and financial decisions. Cancer patients frequently ask, "What is
my prognosis?"
Prognosis
is a prediction of the future course and outcome of a disease and an indication
of the likelihood of recovery from the disease. When doctors discuss a
patient's prognosis, they are predicting what is likely to occur for that patient.
The doctor may speak of a favorable prognosis, if the cancer is expected to
respond well to treatment, or an unfavorable prognosis, if the cancer is likely
to be difficult to control.
POLICY
STATEMENTS
A cancer patient's
prognosis can be affected by several factors, for example, the type of cancer,
the stage of the cancer (the extent to which the cancer has spread), its grade
(how aggressive the cancer is or how closely the cancer resembles normal tissue),
and the effectiveness of treatment. CancerHome's outcome predictions
take these factors into account and help patients understand their
disease and treatment options. For your individual treatment, diagnosis
or risk predictions, click on your cancer site at the left.
